BuzzTracker is reputation and review intelligence built for South African businesses. We pull your reviews from the six platforms that matter here — Google, Hellopeter, TripAdvisor, Facebook, Fresha and Trustpilot — into a single inbox, and use AI to read every one, score the mood behind it, and surface the themes that keep coming up. Built and run from Cape Town.

Why we built it

Most reputation tools are built for the United States, priced in dollars, and blind to the places South Africans actually talk. Hellopeter alone decides a lot of local brands’ reputations, and almost no international tool touches it. We started there, added the rest, and priced the whole thing in rand — so a business in Melville or Mowbray can watch every review site from one screen without a dollar conversion or a platform locked behind a higher tier.

What we believe

• A star rating hides the story. Knowing customers are unhappy is easy; knowing why is the work. Sentiment and root-cause analysis is the whole point.
• Speed matters. A 1-star complaint answered the same night does more for your reputation than a dozen replied to a week late.
• No source lock-in. Every plan includes every review source. You should never pay more just to see where people are already talking about you.
